Q: Will my dental insurance be accepted?
A: We accept most dental plans, including Delta Dental, MetLife Dental, United Concordia, Careington, Guardian, Humana, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Safeguard, Cigna, Dental Select, Dental Network of America, UnitedHealthcare, Dental Choice, Erisa, GEHA, Dentemax and others. If your dental plan is not listed, please feel free to contact our office.
Q: What does it mean to be “in N=network” with my dental insurance providers and why will it save me more $$ MONEY $$ than other guys who take my insurance but are not “in network”?
A: Would you like to save an average of 20%? We have made an agreement with your dental insurance providers to charge less than the other (non-participating) orthodontists in town. They may take your insurance, but they will charge you more if they are not in network with your provider like we are. We can save you a substantial amount of money on your orthodontic treatments and provide you and your family with the best care and quality work. Our staff is committed to helping you maximize your orthodontic coverage from your insurance plan.
Q: How will I know how much my dental plan will cover?
A: Each dental plan will have different benefits. Please contact your dental plan directly to get detailed information of your coverage. Our staff will also help you find and take advantage of every possible dollar of your orthodontic insurance coverage.
Q: Will my first appointment be covered 100%?
A: Your first appointment with us will be FREE, and we will provide you with a thorough examination and discuss all of your orthodontic treatment options. You will also leave knowing the payment arrangements available.
Q: Will I be able to use more than one dental insurance company?
A: Most dental insurance companies coordinate benefits. Ask your dental plan administrator if yours does. On your first visit, please provide us with your insurance providers information, and we can find out for you.
Q: How do I know how much I would have to pay for each visit?
A: At your child’s first visit, we will present a treatment plan and financial arrangements will be made prior to scheduling the next appointment.
